Returns Process

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  5. We will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
